Visiting from Miami it's important to stop at Big boy my Michigan staple. Have to say this particular location was on top of it, manager visited the table even though he was cooking in the kitchen. Two servers checked on how we were doing which is very uncommon these days. Great job with hospitality. My only comment would be is for those tables sitting right outside your expo window calling for your servers by name with the order up, could probably be done more professionally with a bell that got dinged to let them know orders are ready to be run... Just saying from one hospitality person to another... ?

Saun or server was on point. And the the rest was awesome to clean dining area. Food came out in good time and was delicious. What a breath of fresh air. As we had tried bigboy on rochester road. And it was terrible. We now have new favorite on 15 mile.

We drive an hour north just to go to this Big Boy! Everyone is genuinely pleasant. The food is amazing (I recommend the clam basket if they have it!). There are a few locations in the Toledo area but the drive up north is worth it!

Enjoyed a delicious family dinner and dessert (Hot fudge brownie sundaes). Everything was cooked perfect. Waiter was attentive and courteous. We haven't dined out in quite awhile after bad experiences at other restaurants so were hesitant to. So glad we did. We WILL return soon.

My son had an appointment down the road from this big boys, I haven’t seen a big boys in years. My son had the double cheese burger with the big boy sauce he said it was the best burger he had ever had also our order came out very quickly, I on the other hand had a Philly cheese steak with the four cheese sauce I have too say it was the best Philly I had in a very long time I also had the salad bar witch was delicious, fresh and the ranch dressing was great ? very clean restaurant and the service was wonderful definitely a 10/10 ♥️
