I used to get drive thru breakfast all the time a couple years ago and enjoyed the hot fresh fast meals and friendly servicebut a new job changed that. I was in the area so decided to dine in for breakfast... I walked in and two employees were on phones and the registers... I get it, not busy inside, checking the phone real quick.... but I felt that I was mostly an inconvenience. One never stopped on the phone and the other turned toward me and took my order, with phone in hand and half paying attention. I ordered a meal but was quickly given just a sandwich in a bag. The fact I ordered a meal and was dining in was missed. The food was quick because it was already made and no longer warm. I'll try the drive thru again but if the food quality is still bad I will go to the other options in the area.

My Wife was in the Drive Thru and was placing an order. The order taker interrupted my wife in the middle of her order and says that will be $36.00. My wife did not get her order. We will be going elsewhere to spend our hard earned
I never give bad reviews but this burger Kings location was very unprofessional. Me and friend stopped in to enjoy a nice burger at this location around 12:15pm, afternoon, we’re standing in line, there was only one person ahead of us, the lady took his order, she looked at me and my friend as if were invisible, she walked away never said anything to us, not even a “I will be with you in a moment”. She did this three (3) times walking away coming back never acknowledge that we were there. My friend and I left because we did get any service. Those worker need more customer service training. Very RUDE and unprofessional.

There is a woman who seems to always be working here in drive thru. She has brown hair. She is fantastic!! She’s the perfect balance of efficient and kind. She checks orders as she’s handing them to you for accuracy. This is super appreciated!! She let the other staff know they needed to be sure to add napkins for my order. The location is very lucky to have her!!
