The food was great, but wrong the server was lacking, she got the drinks wrong, the check was wrong, and she didn't call on our table to see if we needed anything. I would suggest if you go, make sure you don't sit in Tiff's section.Parking: During peak hours parking is hard to find.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu with activity sheets.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to inside dining.
If I could give them a 0 I would! I went there for dinner and waited along with at least 5 other people to be seated but after 10 minutes of not being acknowledged we left. While we stood there we watched as the servers looked at all the people waiting to be seated no one said one word to any of us. This was just poor customer service! I will not be going back.

I don't know what is a going on with Chilli's. The location at Oakland Mall, Troy ,Mi and the one on Gratiot in Roseville have poor servicem this has occurred on multiple occasions, waiters are just sitting and talking amongst themselves while people are waiting for the host to seat them . The restaurant is a quarter full at most. it just seems like no one wants to work.

I got the ribeye steak and I was not disappointed, it was so savory and delicious, that I'll be coming back here again.
Food was amazing! We called and told them that we had a big party and could they accommodate us? They said yes and we held our meeting there. Definitely will be back.

This experience was so much better than the last visit. In fact, we stopped going to this Chili's because of the delays in service and food quality. We took a chance this time. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. She apologized a couple of times for the delays, which seemed to be the overstretched staff.

Chillies at Oakland mall was amazing. Dont go to the one on 12 mile never came and asked us if we needed anything for 30 min so we left there. But Oakland mall one was very yummy.

We check in at 6:58pm. Just FYI We waited an hour. And then the manager had to stop sitting customer. The bar was packed and ONLY HALF of the restaurant was being used. I guess short staff. Plan to go early.Maybe some other time we can try this location IF my job brings me back to this area.
