Food was great! Service was even better. We had a large group of- our waitress Lisa was incredible. She fit right in and we always had exactly what we needed. All of the recommendation’s were exactly what we were looking for. Great tequila list - even better wine list.
Our visit to this restaurant was fantastic! During our Christmas trip to California, we took a day trip to San Diego and stumbled upon this gem. As soon as we walked in, we received a warm welcome and were seated promptly. The waitress was friendly and helpful, explaining the menu and giving us time to decide.I chose the steak, and it was amazing! Cooked just how I wanted it, with tasty potatoes on the side. Dessert was a treat, especially the sorbet that the kids loved. Despite the December chill, we were cozy on the patio thanks to the heaters. The restaurant layout was lovely, with different areas for a comfortable atmosphere.Our server was great, chatting with us and answering our questions. Every dish we tried was delicious, from the lobster mashed potatoes to the crispy Brussels sprouts. The wait for our food was a bit long, but it was worth it for such tasty meals.Overall, dining here was the perfect choice for our Christmas celebration. We left happy and full, and would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting San Diego.

Celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary yesterday at Eddie V's in Troy and had a wonderful time and dinner. The staff was excellent and the manager gave us a glass of champagne and a small oyster appetizer. The food was scrumptious and the room gave off a welcoming atmosphere. Been here before but last night was extra special.

Eddie V's has surf and turf. The service was fun and very informative describing in detail every offering on the menu. Their is a variety of offerings and even different types of preparation. The menu is set up in courses and adds to the experience. I recommend a smoked cocktail for desert.

10/10 across the board.Tonight was the second time we have ever been to Eddie Vs in Troy. The first time we were there our server was so kind, helpful & patient (my daughter Charlotte was a year and a half then so the patience was appreciated) they pointed us in the right direction for dessert & even sent us home with a free one to try! One year ago and I still remember the amazing a service, but part of me wondered if it was just because it was our first time.NOPE. We went tonight and received the same amazing service. Patience, kindness, helpfulness. But the cherry on top for me was Charlotte loved looking into the window to watch them cook (she loves being in the kitchen cooking with my husband & I) as she was watching them all of the servers and chefs were waving to her and smiling at her, it was so fun to watch. A few moments later one of the male servers came out and thanked Char for her sweet smile & wanted to thank her for sharing her smile by giving her a rose. My heart was a puddle. To round it all out, we had come from church where Char made artwork and wanted to bring it in with her. We realized when we got back to the car we left it on the table so I sent my dad in to look for it, with no such luck. A few minutes later, our sweet sweet server comes running out to our car with the artwork in hand! I wanted to tip him a million more dollars!Very long story short, the food here is exquisite and the service is unmatched.
