Cane across Gilly's from Hour Detroit's nomination of best ice cream places of 2024. This doesn't disappoint! I recommend the Yellow Snow.They have a huge variety of options, and the lady is just beaming with a smile. I came in on one of the warmer days in February, and I will definitely return for the spring!

The owner has a smile that lights up the building. You can tell she does what she loves! My son is allergic to dairy and she took her time to make sure all ingredients were dairy free. It's also the first ice cream shop I've found that has more than just vanilla and sherbert dairy free options! 10/10 recommend. We will be weekly customers ?

I picked up the frozen broccoli quiche, in the freezer cause I love a good quiche, but not to make it. It was delicious, and rich. Definitely worth the price. Next time I'll cook it a little longer to crisp up more of the cheese.
