Great American style Mexican food. They are very generous with the sides you know what I mean when you order fajitas and restaurants give you enough lettuce, tomatoes and guacamole for one wrap? Yeah so azteca gives enough for 3-4 wraps. Love this place.

Food was good. The amount of fruit flies around the table while eating is unacceptable. Lunch for 2 was over $50. Way too

Asked for a burritos fajita without chicken or beef, requesting black beans in their place. The rude server on the phone repeatedly insisted black beans wouldn't fit in the burrito.Me: "But if chicken and beef fits, how can black beans not fit in their place?"Server: "It's impossible."Me: "But you made it for me this way two days ago."Server: "No. Anything else you want?"Me: "Yes, Taco Bell."Click.

Honestly, worst experience in Detroit Metro, the ground beef tastes so bland, the big burrito literally had 8 small 1 cm chucks of beria and I got very nauseous the meal. The refried beans and chips were made with a horrible tasting oil.Never again.Go to corktown

You will find an extensive menu offering many Mexican entrees, appetizers, salads, etc. they have a "pick two" combination that's adequately priced($15). I went with an enchilada and chili relleno. Both were good albeit not very large portions. My wife ordered the house margarita that she didn't care for. Too sweet and no fresh lime juice for her liking. The service was good. Nothing really special but the food is decent.

Had been coming to this location for years with no issues pre-Covid. After Covid, have gone a few more times and the food has become underwhelming. Went in for lunch today. Ordered the lunch chicken fajitas. Service was good. Drinks were good. However, the food wasn't so good again. The chips and salsa and ranch were fine but the fajitas were so disappointing. They do not give you cheese for them. None. The fajita toppings were 90% lettuce, 5% sour cream, and 5% guacamole. Seriously, a tsp of sour cream and guacamole only. The chicken was so overcooked. It was bland and was like chewing on a tire. Don't like giving bad reviews but felt like I had to after another bad dish.
