Went to get food for the first time being there, they made my salad and everything. They ended up not taking chase Apple Pay and I had no other way to pay. That’s probably an issue that needs to be fixed. Ended up going to china town a company that does have Apple Pay.

Usually they are quick and helpful. Tonight I ordered my usual salad bowl. They completely forgot the kale in the kale salad bowl. It's a sad bowl when the greens are missing from a greens and grains bowl.

Friendly people every time I go! Salads are made to order, so they are always fresh! There are so many different items to make salads that you could make a different salad every time you go and will never get bored!

After checking out what restaurants are in the food court, we decided to get a salad from Greens & Grains and a slice of pizza from another store front. My husband ordered the salad - which suddenly turned into two salads because he found one with Salmon. We should have just stuck to the salads and not gone to the other place too! The Walk on the Wild Side salad looked amazing (I don't care for salmon) and had two nice sized salmon filets. My Harvest Grains salad was perfection in a bowl. An amazing blend of flavors between crunchy apples, tangy goat cheese, and the fresh grilled flavored chicken. The salads are huge and filling! I split mine amongst three meals and my husband got two. We had no problem with customizing my salad a bit (I don't like beets) and it was obvious the people working that day took pride in creating beautiful food. Can't wait to be in the area again to stop in again.

I got the Traverse city salad w/substitute feta instead of blue cheese. It was so good. My mom got the Greek salad and my daughter got a bowl that they both enjoyed as well. Will be back.

These guys are a bunch of a-holes. They are rude to the customers and they will also short change the customers especially when ordering the Thai salad. They conveniently not give people the shrimp that comes with it, asks if they want chicken, and then charge the shrimp price. You would think with their crummy attitudes they are busy but they're not. I guess it must be hard being next to chick-fil-a knowing you are loosing bank compared to them. Then again, even before the pandemic and Chick-fil-a they weren't busy anyway. They deserve to go out of business. The King of the a-holes is pictured below..

If I could give less than 1 star I would . My experience was awful . I use to come here whenever I traveled to this mall from Ohio but I will never be back again . Today I decided to order a salad and the man working was VERY RUDE . I originally thought he did not speak English because when I told him I wanted to build my own salad he just pointed to the lettuces . I then said I want cheese and he did not talk at all just again pointing to things . I then told him I wanted tomatoes and realized they were very squishy and old . I said forget it and I don’t want the salad anymore . I waited on the rest of my order while this person the opener and a lady in back looked at me and made faces about the situation . Very unprofessional and not to mention scary atmosphere as I seen two employees wiping their nose and then touching to go containers and pop cups etc . I know employees are hard to find now days but to have someone straight up me extremely rude to you face is uncalled for . Save your money and wait in line anywhere but there .
