Good pizza, Good customer service but guy on the cashier made me walk back to my car for 18 cents, my total was $21.18 ? I just gave a homeless guy in a gastation 10$ before coming to this jets. I don’t like cheap a$$es

Been ordering Jets for years moved to the area recntly. This place is an absolute mess. I made an ordered an hour prior to having guests over. I was told me order would be delivered in about an hour. I waited and an hour and 45 mins. I called asking where my order was. The Jets employee said they were behind and it would be delivered in 30 min. Yet another hour passed. I called them asking what happened to my order.......they said it was delivered. I asked where it was delivered as nothing was delivered to my home. The employees then realized they delivered it to the wrong address. How this even happened is beyond me. The Jets employee said they would refund my entire order and the pizza would be there in 30 mins this time. Well guess what the Order took another hour and I was never refunded the cost for my order yet I was polite and tipped the delivery driver 20%I called asking for the refund I was promised after I was never given a credit on my card and no one seemed to know what happened. It's amazing. I have the call logs showing all of the calls I have placed to this Jets location and durations. False promises and pizza delivered four hours late absolute joke. I've never had such an awful experience.I understand places are short staffed but the fact I had to call you three times to ensure my order was delivered (over four hours) is embarrassing to the Jets brand. This place would get a 0 star if that was a choice.Jets lost a repeat customer.

Friday pizza movie night with the family is a weekly tradition in our house, and Jet's always hits the spot for both the adults and the kiddos! Their Detroit-style deep dish squares are exceptional. Plus, their online ordering is super convenient, making family pizza night a breeze. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

I’m picky with pizza - and jets is my faaaaaave. Oh. Em. Gee. Please get green olives ;) jets wings are also the BEST. Orders are consistent and accurate. Relatively affordable - love your best of jets large deal for my family. Chicken and wings coupon would be ideal. Also - BEST.RANCH.EVER.ANYWHERE.

I thought I responded already. I guess it didn't post. Bad day. The Italian sausage on one half was overcooked and the pepperoni on other side was spoiled. However, the customer service and delivery was excellent. Manager agreed to give me half credit on my next order. Sorry guys. I am usually a Jet's Pizza fan.

Staff was friendly, place looked clean and they were pretty quick for the order size. My main complaint is around taste. I'll completely admit I'm probably biased to more of a NY style pizza or even a sweeter sauce but I didnt care for the pizza. I got a Eugene special and my buddy got a plain cheese with turbo crust. His was a little better than mine in overall taste. I actually enjoyed the boneless wings better than the pizza and they're just chicken pieces mixed in sweet baby Ray's bbq sauce.
