Rude staff. No indication of change in hours and staff very crass about the number of sandwiches that could be made at closing. Food was delicious, but there's no need to be rude when both the JJ website & Google say one thing and there are no hours posted on the door.
They got rid of turkey. TURKEY!!!! Just this location as far as I can tell. What sandwich place you know doesn’t have turkey?!?! Insanity. Also, they aren’t open when they say they are. It’s a Saturday and they say they’re open until 7 but I came and they were closed early. Very disappointed in this location.

As always the food is great.The kids behind the counter left a bit to be desired service-wise though. It was close to closing time (about 35 minutes remained, it was around 6:30pm) and the employees had started cleaning. They looked tired and annoyed with my presence. It's ok, I get trying to get out on time at the end and of the shift when you close, but don't sacrifice service.
