This is the worst restaurant I could ever ever go to. I have never had such a horrible experience. I had a party there this past weekend. The servers were rude the food was disgusting, people got food poisoning from uncooked chicken I called the next day and spoke to her manager. She said she would call me back with a solution. No one ever called me back until I called back two days later and a very rude person named Frank that’s supposed to be the store manager spoke to me he was so rude to me and hung up the phone in my face, then would not pick up when I was calling back. I am going to make sure I escalate this. Do not step a foot in this place.

server was nice but not very attentive. The fettuccine dish tasted watered down, very thin sauce so not full flavored. Plus a paid 6.00 extra for chicken thinking I would get a nice grilled chicken breast. A few medallion pieces "ungrilled" were found. That left the dish with less flavor as well. Creme brûlée was delicious but was a very ungenerous amount.

Sincerely polite and helpful staff, classy atmosphere, and divinely delicious and authentic Italian food second only to the top restaurant in New York when I proposed to my wife. Coming back here for romantic nights and celebrations.

Loccino was one of those places that I have always wanted to go to. Having eaten and reviewed most Italian places in the area, they were on my bucket list. The anticipation that has built up over the years was slowly deflated as we progressed through the meal.First impressions were provided by one of the best greeters I have ever met. She was very cheerful, caring, and informative. Her enthusiasm and desire to make us feel like truly welcomed guests were unmatched by any greeter I have met.It was a fairly slow evening, and we were immediately sitting at a table. That was the pinnacle of our experience. The food was mediocre and lacked proper presentation, texture, and flavor. The waitress was a ghost.I was relieved when the bill came, and I discovered that the bill was not overly expensive. It was still very elevated for the experience and quality.Unfortunately, it is no longer a place I would consider a "Must Dine At" , which is truly sad as I had hoped for more.
Food was amazing. Best I’ve had in a while.
