Such a disappointment. Have been going to this location for a while and have had good food and service. The past 2 times I have gone (today and last week) I had all items on my burger despite requesting some items not be on it, haven't received an item I ordered, and the sprite doesnt have sweetener so it doesn't taste like sprite just spicy water. Also, the sprite was not even full, it was about 75% full. I will not be back at this location.

Stopped at 615 am this morning message ask about if I'm using the app. No one came to take my order sat there for almost 5 minutes sounding horn no one came left frustrated

Grab a double big Mac, the meat patties were cooked an hour ago, taste like freezer burn and the patties are for the cheese burger and not the big Mac. Patty is 3/8 of an inch from the edge of the bunNever

First time at this McDonald's and the service was fast and quick. The only down side was that I like hot food and the food was only Luke warm. I got a shamrock shake, strawberry pie and 6 piece McDonald's nugget. Will ask for fresh food the next time but I will be back.

Went thru drive threw on 1/23/24 @ 3:48pm. My order was fish sandwich, fries & oreo Mcflurry. what a disaster. Fish sandwich had only 1 inch strip of cheese on it, no lettuce, & center of fish was cold. Bun looked toasted & warm but not the fish. Fries were actually White. I kid you not, noway did they ever get placed in fryer. And to touch the fries they were actually cold too. Hoped for McFlurry, but ate 2 tbspn of cookie mixed in on top & rest of cup was only vanilla ice cream. Who is working @ this place ?? Do you not have any pride in your work? And what the heck was the manager doing when this crew member was on ,serving this kind of meal. Cost $12.18 !!! Shame on you all. You couldn't give me enough coupons to come back to your store. You ruin the McDonalds name !

I came at an extremely busy time, my order (understandably ) got a mix up with it, I called and they handled it so kindly! Remade my food & even offered my daughter an ice cream! I forget the young man who offered it to her! It was touching! They didn’t have to do that as they were already replacing the mixed up sandwich! I appreciate it more then You know! It’s hard to find a place that has good common curtsey with the public

every worker in this restaurant is lost. no mayo in the mcchickens and our sundaes were missing caramel (which my lovely lady and i paid extra for). waited 10 minutes at the window while the two workers were arguing with

Nasty bathrooms, doesn’t flush after use and all piled up in the toilets all in women’s bathroom. The manager has bad attitude! , and gave me a dirty look and rolled eyes at me while I’m trying to inform the manager about the issue.
