We had reservations that had been confirmed, yet they seemed surprised and not prepared when we showed up Our server brought the food and stood and one end of our long table and passed the food down the lines instead of delivering it to each person. In this day of Covid, I didn't appreciate having 5 or 6 people handle my plate while passing them down the line. Same thing w the individual bills...for this she got 20% gratuity?!? Disappointed
