Very clean and cozy. I am a big fan of Paneras cafe lattes and chicken avocado sandwiches. The soups are always good too. Enjoyed the French onion soup in the bread bowl. Pretty friendly and fast

Meanwhile sitting in the drive thru I had 3 different workers ask me what my order was. I stopped in for a quick lunch with my sister in law and when I say I’ve never had such poor attitudes in a restaurant, I mean it. Extremely rude staff; I’m not sure if they need to apply somewhere else but it was super disappointing.

Cleanliness gets a "0"--both for the dining area and the bathrooms. There's garbage on the floors of the dining area, there's no paper towel in the bathroom resulting in wet unsafe floors. The counter tops and seats had not been wiped down. There were crumbs and dried food on tables. If you are going to come here, go through the drive through so you don't lose your appetite.

I used Panera online delivery service for the first time today. I am so impressed. I ordered a cookie selection for my friend who lost a son a couple of days ago. Panera promptly delivered the box of cookies to her porch. The online process was extremely easy to navigate. Thank you, Panera!

Came in one day with my parents to enjoy a soup and use the WiFi to do math homework for Pre-Calculus. My dad ordered 2 cups of chicken noodle soup and when they were served to us, my soup was filled with broth with hardly anything inside of it, there was at best 3 noodle in the whole cup. When my dad asked the cook to put more, the guy in the kitchen refused to do so and we just decided to return the entire order for a full refund. I’m tremendously disappointed at the service of this restaurant, tremendously sickening. If I could give a 0 star rating for service, I would in a heart beat.
