The Red Robin on Corporate Drive in Troy does a wonderful job. The onion ring tower was hot and crispy. My burger was done perfectly and there are always a ton of hot fries. YUMService is exceptional.Parking: A large free lot.

We ordered the bottomless fries and broccoli. The fries were fresh and hot, served with a refill already on the table. They were excellent. The broccoli tasted under cooked, and was pretty disappointing. Savannah was our server and she did great. Would highly recommend this location to anyone, maybe stay away from the veggies!

Amazing place! Great atmosphere, excellent service, super friendly staff. Our server, who unfortunately I don't recall her name, offered us more fries free of charge. Large menu. Fresh ingredients. I love their free balloons for kids. Outstanding Overall.
Debra the hostess/waitress is the best and only reason I visit this location. I followed her from the Dearborn location with my coworkers. We all love her.

Customer service at the front door was EXTREMELY RUDE for no reason. Her and the other employee was having a personal discussion out loud when I approached they stop talking and just looked at me. I spoke and tried to show them the name of the order for what I was there for. The lady says the to go orders will be over there pointing an to go order rack that’s clearly empty. I go stand over there. Then someone walked in that she knew she instantly got in a great mode and welcomed her and walked her to her table, and came back said maybe you should sit on the bench . But the icing on the cake was when the food was ready they in fact didn’t place it on the to go order or any where by the stand the employees stand at they put it behind the rack which you cannot see from the bench it’s not meant to be seen. Meaning they will have to hand you your order. (I didn’t see nobody bring that out while I was sitting there I could’ve missed it ) but I doubt it! And she went to get the order and pass it too me so basically the order was ready when I arroiced she lied saying if it was ready it would be on the rack knowing they don’t put the to go orders on the rack for whatever reason!!! And this is Tuesday march 5th, 1:25 pm! She acted like I bothered just by simply requesting what’s in her job duties
