Ladies weren't very nice at all acted like I was unconvincing them asking about why they no longer have the fresh bread they advertise. What a shame this visit was not only the woman were in bad mood buy didn't take feed back very well . Unfortunately that's how businesses go under . The man who owns it needs to get a grip on his daughter and wife because I wouldn't continue to eat there with rude Service. and with the Quality going down and prices going up isn't a good thing either There are many things I love about this place the bread was one but it's been removed The coleslaw and the brisket and lemon aid. Please bring back 5he bread and if the ladies are miserable working here. let them go find other jobs and hire new staff. You see it every day family tanks business when they are unhappy . I didn't feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer and my feed back was quickly shrugged off in a rude way. If you dint want to know what the people who pay your Bills think then we won't want to spend our money here. It's really that simple ?

Well it's been awhile since I've been back and disappointed. The entire menu changed, the layout changed and there is no smells of BBQ anywhere. Limited limited menu and everything is À la cart and I mean everything and the cost has increased 3x and the portion decreased. What a disappointment

The burger was fresh and delicious. However one single cheeseburger plus egg for about $10 was a little pricey. The lady who took my order was not friendly at all.

I will never go back to this place, if I could give 0 stars , that’s what it would be , come on barbecue place no ribs ???? $ 37 , 4 wings , 5 pieces of brisket , and small bag fries , no beans , the person at the register acted like I was inconveniencing her placing my order

Had the brisket, cheeseburger and chicken fingers. Service was good no complains. Food was average. Brisket not as tender as you would expect. Burger was just average and so was the chicken.

Great family business with the world's best brisket. I've eaten a lot of briskets. I've smoked a lot of briskets. I've eaten briskets in a lot of cities across the country. You can't go wrong with this one. I need to get that recipe.

I love this place and the owners. I used to go for the BBQ and now that they've pivoted into burgers and grilled chicken I get the same great quality and a good meal everytime. And the family that runs the restaurant are very hospitable and friendly.

I had been going here since it opened years ago. I went in today and it was burgers! I can go next door for a burger. I understand things are getting expensive and all that but people in the area knew you for the best BBQ and you are quickly upsetting the regulars. Anyone looking at the photos thinking they are going to get amazing food should lower their expectations. It's burgers.

Hmmm interesting. You go in, no bbq. Idk what to say. And yes customer service was a little unhelpful. Smelled great in there but only offered burgers and chicken fingers. Lol

Tried the Burgers & Fries last night. Excellent, AND you can get a beer with your meal here! Family owned, local, Chef owned restaurant.

Sharks is always a hit with me. Chef Lou makes great food. It doesn't matter if he is serving BBQ, burgers, or even meatloaf. It is always good enough where I keep coming back.

Fantastic food. The brisket is the best I have ever had. The staff is very friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving smoked Turkey with all the trimmings. Also ordered their brisket which may be the best in S.E. Michigan. Everything was awesome, great flavors, great service and did I mention the cornbread which also some of the best ever. Thank you Sharks for an awesome thanksgiving experience

The fact that this establishment burns real wood in an offset smoker to cook its food is reason enough to visit. To my knowledge, no other BBQ restaurant in metro Detroit commits to this long and painstaking (I'm a young pitmaster myself so I know how much work is involved in tending to a fire all day) yet highly rewarding process. The result is a clean smoke taste (sign of a good clean fire) and tender pull apart texture (sign of low temps over a long period of time), two quintessential qualities of authentic southern style BBQ. Thank you Sharks for not cutting any corners to produce authentic BBQ--lemme know if you're looking for a pitmaster to pass on your equipment to .

Food is 5 star all day but I had to take off a star for customer service. I drove 20 miles out of my way just to have this amazing BBQ and in particular the Pulled Pork Nachos - to die for! The owner who is making the delicious food is quiet yet kind and gives you a smile. However, when checking out the woman and the register was not as friendly. When I AM saying thank you after paying I really don't expect or appreciate "uh huh" while you walk away. Regardless of how good this food is and the numerous recommendations I've already given - this will 100% do the exact opposite.
