I used to bring my kids here all the time, and we all loved it. However, it has gone downhill since the last time I was there. I went on Saturday for lunch and I will never go back. First, the ice machine was broken, not a big deal, but the server did not tell me that the pop would be warm as a result, so I spent $6.00 on warm pop. Second, almost all of the ketchup bottles were empty and the salt shakers were disgusting and needed cleaning. The woman’s bathroom was not cleaned as well. Then I ordered dine in, but received my food in a takeout bag instead. I ordered no Mayo on burger, but it came with Mayo. I had to find my own napkins as none were available or came with my food. I did attempt to express some of my concerns to the employees, but they did not care. One employee was making FaceTime calls and the others were just standing around. I used to love this place, but now I will never go back.

Went here today for the second time because I thought there would have been changes after sending an email to management the first time.The inside of this place is dirty and it was months ago also.I took the picture of the girl from another review because she still somehow works here and is extremely rude! Also wears headphones and can't talk to you because she can't even hear you.She had a horrible attitude, completely ignored me until I told her that I had questions and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience.I explained I had an email for a birthday shake and had to redownload the appThe cook in the back proceeded to try and tell ne I wasn't allowed to get the free shake because I didn't have the app downloaded... makes no sense as emails are attached to an acct and not an app. The app just makes things more accessible.Everyone that works here is rudeNo wonder this place is always empty, it's dirty inside and the employees are awful.This place is going to fail. Find better employees and teach them how to treat others

Ordered On the App, 2 Smashburgers minus Red Onions, Added Grilled Onions, received order n while eating the overly applied smash mayo , noticed Red Onions and No Grilled Onions we Assumed a mistake ( 11am not busy at all on a Tuesday ) texted my disappointment to the App, response was that they Discontinued Grilled Onion except for Red Grilled Onion , which we Got, But unless I'm Mistaken, Burgers I have eaten anywhere else , grilled Onions aren't Red Onion, totally different flavor (imo) received a $10 credit as consolation
The burger was good the onion rings was half cooked and I didn't like them... the young man taking orders don't greet you or say may I help you he just look at you waiting for you to order... and it was freezing cold inside there I will try them again but not the onion

Good evening, I am not typically one to complain, but I was really disappointed with my carryout experience this evening from the Troy, Michigan location. I ordered my food at yhe location at about 4:30 today and ot took 20 minutes to get my food. I was the only customer in this location at the time. I warned the person that 2 of the 8 items that I ordered were for a gluten allergy and they STILL placed them in a bag all the gluten food even though I specifically asked them to be separated. What was also very upsetting was I ordered 4 large fries and the amout in each container was ridiculous Each was about about 1/3 full and they were cold.. We used to get a full container of hot fries when we ordered fries - this was just awful.. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The staff and the quantity/quality of the fries we received was subpar. Very disappointing altogether.
