Great environment and very clean. Everyone is very friendly and tries their best in rush. For the person I saw below that said there was a fly in food case lol I js wanted to say that’s literally the display they don’t actually sell those items and DUH there will be a fly when there’s food on any display anywhere because it’s not actually going to be eaten. They don’t ever sell items in display, only from panty or fridge so they’re very clean in how they prepare their items. I’ve been going here for a while now and it’s lovely

OMG! Do not, I repeat, do not patronize @Starbucks at @Macys Somerset Collection in Troy, MI! The black girl working at 6:25pm on Saturday, July 29, 2023 was extra rude for no reason. My friend asked about her order several times, and it got to the point where she was purposely making my friend wait for her order. There wasn't a crowd, but the barista continued to say, "I'll get to your order," and proceeded to do other things and fix orders behind us. We were just standing there looking stupid while waiting for her to make the order. We eventually told her to forget the order and left.

I was over charged. I ordered 2 large drinks they gave me 2 medium drink. I ordered chocolate cake pop. It seemed like they opened a box and gave us 1 from that bag. I wonder if it was fresh or it was already ready to be thrown in trash! I don't trust their service!!

The lady at the checkout is very sweet and kind. I made the line with a newborn and a 3 year old and forgot to ask for a cup of water. So when I got my drinks I asked for a cup of water and the lady told me that I had to make the line again. Seriously?? For a cup of water and I just ordered?? I wasn’t asking for another drink, just WATER. I’ll never come back here.
