Don't waste your time here, employees are unprofessional, lazy as shit, and clearly annoyed with customers. Me and my bf went here for dinner. We ordered at the drive through screen then pulled up to the window. She told us the total and we handed her gift cards, but when we gave them to her she rolled her eyes and made a weird grin on her face?? Clearly irritated at the fact we were paying with gift cards... didn't know it was that difficult to scan a couple gift cards. Whatever. Then we were watching them make our subs, mine came out right, but every single thing on my boyfriends sub was incorrect, she was clearly reading off of an order ticket so idk how they messed that up. Not to mention only 1 of the 2 employees were working. As 1 of them was making our order, the other was standing there watching her, following her around and talking. Also, she threw my bag of chips and cookies on the counter because she was so mad we used some gift cards when those are what gift cards are supposed to be used for. This location sucks and takes forever to make the food, not coming back.

The young lady was very rude and unprofessional. She cut me off several times while ordering. She didn't greet me nor did she say thanks and have a good day.. experience was horrible but I love subway. I will never go back to that location nor will I recommend that location to anyone.. the service was horrible.

This is the worse spot I've ever been to had to wait for 30 minutes just to try and get my order and didn't get anything even tho there was no car in front of me and on top of that the older woman working there is standing around doing nothing while I'm trying to place my order!! Ended up getting no food because it took so long!
Horrible service, did not enjoy this subway, they scammed us with the tip by adding tip without even getting consent and they didn’t ask if we wanted a receipt, food was horrible was a literal slop, never coming back here. I feel so sorry for the owner he hired imbeciles.

I went there one day. Footlong sub and large drink. $7.41. I go there the following day. Only a footlong. $13 and some change. They claimed that an employee brings coupons from home? This place is overpriced. Footlongs are typically $8 at the Clark and Jefferson location in Detroit. But not here. Or anywhere else.

This place is absolutely horrible. I received a literal pile of food. Pile. Torn and eviscerated subs. Looks like the staff practically threw them around and they refused to even speak to me when I came in. I had tipped and everything on this mobile order, I will NEVER be returning. Food went straight into the trash. I never write reviews, but as someone in the food service industry this was unacceptable. What a waste of $30.
