It took the sub maker over 25 minutes to make three peoples subs, they moved incredibly slow and was very unorganized with them constantly forgetting what me and the other customers asked for, but overall terrible business

This is a good Subway but not very busy. Always friendly people working here. I think that the protective plastic Subway put up is too thick because it is very difficult for the people on both sides of the counter to hear each other.

The place is disgusting. The heavyset dude constantly touched his mask while making my sub. They don't wash their hands before making sandwiches. There is no sanitary condition's. And I'm pretty sure one of the employees has covid-19 and is still working there.

Absolutely WORST Subway experience of my life. I was in around 3:30pm Friday 12/04 and the guy with glasses who made my food was TERRIBLE.He didn't fold the meat, but threw 2-3 slices stuck together on the sandwich. I asked for bacon. He put 5 slices in a pile and covered it with cheese. He then almost burnt the bread on the toaster over. But the bacon and turkey wasn't even warm. He then tossed vegetables in the middle of the sub carelessly. I asked multiple time for him to spread it out and he would move a single topping.I got home and my sub is soggy and soaking wet because he did not drain the pickles before putting them on the sandwich. I had my dressing on the side so there is no reason for my sub to be soaked.Totally inedible. What a complete waste of money. That employee needs retrained or fired. I will never return.

Their pop machine is terrible. I came twice this week for a 6 inch sub and chips and a pop and their pop is flat. I talked to the gothic lady working and she insisted it was fine and proceeded to argue with me over it.

Very bad experience will never come back. Asked for a cold cut a few days ago and there was green fuzziness on my cold cut. The employees are very rude and impatient. The little girl with black hair should not be working there since she clearly saw it and should be fired immediately.

The employee at this subway is extremely rude. I walked with my hands full of things and put on my mask the moment I got in the door so I could put my things down. I walk up to order and she refuses me service because I didn't wear my mask before walking in. I walked out peacefully but then called to talk to a manager about her behavior. It was the same employee who answered the phone and said there's no manager that works there and hung up on my face. I called again shortly after and no one answered. I am a healthcare professional and the amount of disrespect I received at this subway was appalling. I wouldn't recommend going to the subway all

I am not sure if I met the same young black lady as other comments mention. It is just horrible. I need to repeat every word, even I said it loud and clear. There was a guy behind me to remind her about my choice, just tried to help, and she was rude and said she can hear. But it turned out she still need me to say it again. What's worse, she said the oven needs preheat so the sandwich cannot be toasted. Also she said the mayo is out, when the time was 12 at noon. I'd NEVER come to the store again.

If I could give zero Stars I would. My spouse tried to order 14 lunch boxes over the phone. The woman hung up on him. He went to the store to order them and she interrupted him to rudely say that she couldn't do it because she was the only one there and didn't have enough bread to make fourteen 6 inch subs. We went right at 1115, lunchtime, and there were loaves and loaves of bread behind her. Horrible service. Very rude and unpleasant employee.

After repeating myself three times, my sub was STILL made incorrectly and the girl making it wasn’t wearing a mask. Disgusting and disappointing. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone continue to make a sub wrong after I repeated myself three times.
