1. Gratuity of 18% for group 4??. After the bill Waitress told us in menu already . But menu has 15%. Why charge more?. I am ok to give more than that but not fair to charge 18% over to people .2. Fried rice was too salty. 2 stars (prior years was too good. )3. Chicken Satay was very good. 5 stars4. Complimentary shrimp chips 1 person also same qty group of 4 also same one basket ?? Usually other places one per enteree order ..5. Waitress provided faster and clear service - 5 stars.6. Portion size -good 4 stars .Overall please avoid confusion in gratuity. Menu prices are good for quality please do not bump another 18% on top of it. Thanks for your service.

I had ordered takeout food yesterday and I want to report that the food was extremely bad. I have dined in the restaurant several times and have tasted the fried rice and what was delivered yesterday was not the same . The rice was not cooked nor mixed well. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the food yesterday. We spent $190 for 1/2 trays and we had taken it to a party. We got very bad feedback on this from all the guests.

Haven't had a bad dish yet. We usually get the app sampler, pad prik and Pad Thai. Can't miss!

I have ordered the pad Thai from this establishment before and was disappointed. I decided to give this place another try Ann’s ordered the drunken noodles and basil fried rice. The drunken noodles were not edible at all with tasty odd and over salted and I asked for medium spice and felt no spice at all.The basil fried rice was sub par but edible.I called the restraint today asking for my money back for the drunken noodles. At first I was told from an employee that I can stop by for a free entree today but I prefer to have my money back. After that I spoke to the mama her and he refused to give my money back and said I can get 15% off my next order. Why would I come back here just to be disappointed by the food again. This was very poor customer service I’ve been in restaurant food and beverage industry and I would I have given a refund. This was unacceptable. What a waste of 35 dollars. I have no idea how this place is still in business with 2 other locations.

This is one of my favorite Thai spots. I’m always satisfied with my carry outs and I typically get the chicken fried rice. My dining in experience was only okay. The waiter made us feel rushed and they were still open for another hour. Plus, the cocktails were not all that. My food was still good like always and I always have leftovers because they do give you a lot.

Horrible experience. Don’t go if you have kids! They overcharge you, charge extra for white rice with your curry dishes. There’s no manager to speak to so it’s all a mess. Not worth anyone’s moneyKid-friendliness: They have wrong prices on there meals and don’t tell you til you get the bill. Say it comes with drink then charge you for the drink. They didn’t wanna even take care of us since we had kids. Horrible

Calvin was a wonderful host. He made me and my friend feel so welcome. The food was delicious. Sheena, not so much. She was extremely rude, and her attitude was terrible. Calvin was superb. Because of him, I will spread the word to all of my fellow educators and friends.

It was my first and last time. I order over 50 dollars worth of carry out food and none was good. Rice was dry for all dinners. It was no type of flavor. One of my dinners was supposed to be spicy and it was not . Then on top of everything the person that took my order had a smart mouth. If you go charge those prices you have to do better.

The amount of sodium in the kow pad can easily cause a brain aneurysm. Please, food is meant to be eaten to nourish oneself not kill them. Cut back on the soy sauce used in the dishes. Thank you.

Very good experience, I Ordered the Ka Ree Basil, and I highly recommend it to anybody that loves a good asian noodle dish. It was delicious..very rich with flavor, And you have the option of how spicy you want it, which is a plus.. And the best part.... the portion size! I ate the stuff 3 separate times. Once at the restaurant, once in the car while driving back up north, and again the next day. Also got the Crab cheese as an appetizer, which was basically Crab Rangoons, and wow, those were soo good!! 5/5 on those for sure. The price was ok... Not super cheap, but not super expensive, so it was fine..But overall, a very good restaurant for anybody in the area looking for great Thai food in the price range of about $20-30.
