They just couldn't get the order right asked for extra hot sauce couldn't do it very little meat in the Taco, Really no use in calling and complaining they just laugh it off I wish people would just boycott these places and make them do things right.

I absolutely love Taco Bell ?. It sounds crazy, but I really do enjoy it and this Rochester location is my go too. They always have the new items and the people are not rude like the majority of other locations. JUST DON’T LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU WITHOUT CHECKING FOR SAUCE! More time then not I get home and they have not made any efforts to include the sauce that they ask you if you want!? Nothing hurts more than finding out once your home.

Just a tacobell, nothing more nothing less, however Wednesday night at around 7-8pm a very kind and funny man was working the drive thru, I must say he made my experience a lot more enjoyable. Had a laugh about apple pay, he'd know.

Very clean facility. Staff was very nice and helpful. There was an issue with the pop machine and they addressed it as a team and fixed it. Cleaning tables during downtime. Bathroom could have used a little more cleaning but I get it. Even when they were busy they were courteous. Great work
