We come here every year for so many birthdays and anniversaries. Sadly it seems like the quality of the food is just going down. And for how expensive it is for 2 people to eat here the portions are so small.

Everything about this place is amazing! The choices you have on how to cook your food, the desserts, EVERYTHING! Definitely coming back! Gonna try is with the pan next time! The mojo pot was really good! And the dessert chocolate fondue was even better! Can’t wait to come back!

So last night was our first time experiencing the melting pot we went there to celebrate my sister‘s bachelorette party as a dinner we had reservations we were sat we waited about 15 minutes before the waitress brought our cocktails and then we ordered the original and the Wisconsin cheddar were delicious but the alpine had way too much wine the kids did not like it we had to have them exchange it and they did but that took an additional 20 minutes and then we ordered the salads and they came back to the table with the smallest salad for the price like that really was ridiculous that and then we got the original chocolate and flaming turtle which was fine but we didn’t realize that the original had peanut butter in it so we wanted to ask our waitress about it and we ended up having to go online and look at the menu too make sure we had got what we ordered we had about five drinks between us the first ones look just like the menu the second two came back in regular cups little dry ice no garnish and very light in color not like the first one and then the third one just came back with no dry ice we were rushed since the moment we sat down horrible experience we had different servers and a manager keep coming in the room RUShING us since we got our sad little salads (maybe they made them that way on purpose )the manager kept coming by the table in the doorway and talking about how big this party is behind us again our reservation was at 6:15 and we left there by like 820 it was not our fault it took forever for them to come to the table to seat us the waitress was not good she probably came to the table 4 timesAnd she was tipped more than 20% the manager I talk to you at the hostess station when I left was very kind and understanding she told me that cheese and chocolate shouldn’t have had us there as long as we were but again how could we have ate any faster with nothing in the table I told her that When the reservation was made it had no indication of a time limit again we were only there for about two hours half of that time was waiting for service and we were having over priced drinks we were rushed out again it was an awful experience from the way it’s always busy I know my review was not going to matter I just hope that it saves somebody else the money and the time of being treated the way we were it was a special occasion As far as the rushing us out which alone was ridiculous the fact that after you order your first drink which takes 15 minutes to get to your table and every additional drink takes the same time and the more you order the quality goes down please just expect that they are going to make it as crappy as they possibly can and still charging the same exact price I again if anybody who asks me about it I will let them know that my experience and I can only hope that I save people the same experience that we had it was ridiculousIf you are looking for a dinner date or dessert maybe it’s different but if you are going out to celebrate anything of importance PLEASE. Do not go here at the the Troy location it was awful

Overall very mediocre. Service not good at all. Cheese and chocolate good, but salad was terrible and tasted really old, thrown together with some brown and soggy lettuce on the plate. The boards for the bread and veggies need to just be discarded and use the long plates instead because I was questioning the sanitation of those after seeing how old, worn, and just gross looking they are. The experience is fun for sure, but just wasn't pleased at all.

Terrible experience. Went for a special night out and, they basically pushed us out for a larger party. Even though they took a long time to get our food and drinks. Won't be back.

My boyfriend and I love Melting Pot and have always used this location. We have been so fortunate twice now to have Joel as our waiter, and he’s such a wonderful, charming, and capable server. He was on time, always there when we were ready, and helped make another melting pot dinner truly enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Went in on a Sunday. They were out of many items. The staff did their best but for an expensive dinner it didn't live up to the cost. We have been many times and this isn't the norm but seems to be a trend in the wrong direction.

I came here with my girlfriend for dessert one night. I made an 8:45 reservation and was sat down shortly after 9:00. We then waited 22 minutes before anyone greeted us at our table, meanwhile the table next to us had moved through 2 courses in that time. After waiting I had to grab a hostess to get any sort of service. We ordered a coffee with baileys, a lemonade, and a s’mores chocolate fondue pot. The coffee was cold when it arrived and tasted like it had sat in the pot all afternoon, in addition the s’mores fondue is meant to have graham cracker sprinkled on top but it had no graham cracker at all on or with it.Overall it was a waste of time and money and shouldn’t be considered worthy of either. The experience to the customer is on par with a Coney Island, except they would serve hot coffee at a Leo’s.

It’s good; but it’s not worth the price. We did the $130 meal, we didn’t know you have to cook everything yourself. $130 for BOILED steak, chicken, salmon etc I mean it’s boiled. All the flavor come off & you’re eating boiled filet. Won’t be back. Unless it’s just for the cheese or chocolate fondue

For a special event it was ok.The cheese and chocolate was lots of fun. We feel like for us the four course dinner was just ok. we could have done without the entree for sure ( we did cast iron skillet) and it was all sticking bad. I wish they had the availbility to order a entree that the kitchen/cooks cook. Specially for the price!

We came for a late valentine's dinner, food was delicious, our server michael was amazing and very upbeat! The only thing was the one host had a very big attitude towards customers and i believe it was her manager, which i was just shocked to see and hear. but over all it was a great night!!

Server was nice but service sucked, food was extremely meh especially for the price. Shocked at how busy this place was considering how bad the food/service was especially for the price.
