I said good morning to employees with no response whatsoever, 3 employees couldn't be bothered to at least say good morning to me or hello what is this... How do you just let people stand there like that, business has no integrity or ethics anymore people are gross America is dead!!!

The manager here seems like has anger/attitude issue. I was refused a service. I went inside to get a coffee. The manager look at me and seems annoyed that, I was there to order. He told me that he will not give a service until he took care of all the car on the drive through. Was I suppose to wait there until all the cars on drive through stop coming? Poor customer service.

Marissa/Karissa's (false name she gave, also a liar apparently, to be more descriptive she’s a fat white girl, can’t miss her) conduct was highly unprofessional. Witnessing her swear and gesture rudely at a customer was unacceptable. I've encountered her rude behavior in the drive-thru before, but this incident was beyond belief. Allowing someone with such a temperament to work here raises concerns about how she treats older customers who may require extra assistance. She's one of the most unpleasant individuals I've encountered in a service role. Clearly, customer service isn't her forte.

I left my wallet at home, and my phone at the office, I left to go and get a small iced coffee and Ben the Manager let me go. I couldn't have been more grateful with his level of service and professionalism. I would highly recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone working in the area.
