Bad service everyone there is rude. I placed a mobile order almost 20 minutes later the order still wasn’t ready when I arrived the girl made me and at least 4 other people stand there and wait while she stopped everything to help her boyfriend while my drink was just sitting behind the corner. Finally received a chunky messed smoothie and no silverware to eat with. Would rather drive out of my way than deal with this tropical smoothie again.

The Troy location discontinued Whey protein, so I tried their pea protein. It was God-awful - had to throw my $10 smoothie away after only a few horrible sips. Will never return until they bring back whey protein.

I made an order online and I went to pick it up after 15 minutes and they said they didn’t even start the order.Left and came back and waited another 10 minutes while they were serving other customers while my order was at the back.Arguing with me that someone took my order

The thing I love about Tropical Smoothie is that the food is light, healthy, and consistent. I ordered a Baja chicken wrap and it was good and it was fresh. The cafe was clean, the staff friendly, and my wrap was good. My nephew ordered a pita and a smoothie and he said both were delicious. The location is perfect as it's in the parking lot of a major hockey rink - perfect for pre-game fuel for the players.

improperly made my smoothie and when i tried to correct them and get it fixed i was straight up ignored by a crew member and by the manager. they were also talking bad about other customers, manager included. i understand the service industry isn't the best environment to work in, but these are conversations to have when customers aren't sitting right in front of you.
Arrived at 8:25pm, and the restaurant was not scheduled to close until 9pm. I wanted to order a roll up and was told that that it was TOO LATE to order food WHAT!?!? They were still open for another 35 minutes! It's not like you make the food from scratch. That's terrible!
