super cute spot, located in a really convenient area! a friend recommended the mango slush and i was a little hesitant, but pleased to say it was actually delicious! my fear was that it was going to taste artificial like most mango-flavored things, but it was genuinely delicious. we got there realllllyyyyy close to when they were about to close, and they were still super sweet and our drinks came out quickly. can't wait to visit again and try more drinks

I went to the bakery next door and this place sparked my interest. I went in not knowing a thing and cashier was super kind and knowledgeable, and asked just the right questions to get me what I like. I ended up getting a couple of drinks which had to be the best drinks I’ve ever had. I also got the popcorn chicken. It was juicy, crunchy, and the chicken was melt in your mouth soft. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I was beyond impressed.

One of my fav spots for boba. Oreo crème brûlée with pudding added is so good. Nice atmosphere and customer service is always great. Great selection of items to choose from too. I recommend to anyone looking for a new boba spot!!

Drinks are delicious, but any of the male workers are super irritated to be there and are incredibly rude, don't speak loud enough to hear over the music and sink and get exhaspersted when you ask for clarification.

I can't get enough of their tea! The tea blends are delicious! My favorite is the Signature Fruit tea! It has fresh fruit inside. ViVi's will not disappoint and there is even a location in Columbus, OH Kid-friendliness: No alcohol, atmosphere welcomes people of all ages

Horrible customer service. Walked in with a group of people and the guys at the front didn't even have the respect to say hi. I don't know why they were so annoyed. We stood at the counter and still nothing. Super rude when we did ask a question. We walked out and they missed out on a big group of paying customers. They don't deserve our patronage.
