Food is always cold (cheese & meats cold) and old (especially fries), even when we request it made fresh. You will ask them to remove onion/pickle etc and items will still be on it.And yes, this place lives up to the "Our shake machine is broken/We don't have shakes right now" trash, even though the McBroken site says it's operational.

Went through the drive through. All of the lights where on. They said they are only doing DoorDash because there wasn't enough employees there. As I drove off I could see 6 people inside standing in a group talking. I don't know who is managing this location, but they should be fired. If I was the owner I would pissed off that not only was I loosing money and customers, but that I am paying people to stand around and loose me those customers and that money.

I had my neighbor pick up a mc chicken for me & when i go it they had put a burger pattie on it & how do you put that on the lettuce that i never asked for...wow bunch of lazy idiots who get paid for nothing & get peoples money & not serve what they paid for !!!

Our order of three hot chocolates, and one coffee were cold. When we drove back and brought the drinks back to the front counter, not drank, our response was, “Well, there’s nothing we can do, it’s the machines fault.” Um, Wrong answer. Yhe rest of the employees in the background were snickering at the fact that we wanted our drinks replaced or our money back. Horrible customer service! Whatever happened to pleasing the customer, especially when they drive away and have to take the time out of their day and the gas in their car to return because their drinks are cold?

The employees by the window were showing each other videos and dancing... it was so odd.And the guy at the window went to hand me my food and he goes " are you ready?"so weird.My friends hamburger they put extra pickles when we didn't ask for it.
