“I enjoyed my drinks at the Shamrock Pub in Utica. The Shamrock has a cozy atmosphere and a down-to-earth feel. It's a restaurant that families eat at with their kids, but you can still enjoy a selection of beers and liquor at the bar. The outdoor seating is nice on warm days. The staff is kind and helpful. The menu is simple and the food is tasty.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian choices are limited. Vegetarians are ordering a cold cheese sandwich and some fries.“

“The Pizza and Breadsticks was very flavorful, you can taste the fresh ingredients and the pizza sauce is made in house. The staff is very polite, they take very good care of this place and keep it clean. You can tell they have good pride in their business and they work hard to make the customers satisfied. I would highly recommend dining in and trying it for yourself. Do not hesitate to try something new. I will definitely be coming back.“

“Ask to be sat in Denise’s section, and you’ll be guaranteed to have an excellent dining experience. I first went to Buca di Beppo about 20 years ago and have been a few times since, always loved it. We don’t live close, but were in the area today and decided to stop in..ambiance was excellent as I remembered, food was great, but our server Denise just put the dining experience over the top. “This place is under new management and the old staff is being replaced with new & better employees!!! So they definitely deserve grace! I think people forget that restaurants and their employees deserve grace and compassion as there are people there that do their best to get things right and provide excellent service! If you have an issue, speak up and let your server know so that they can rectify it, especially if they check on you several times to ask if you're okay! I visited today and my server was Peach, I noticed another table talking about something they disliked but never mentioned it to their server to rectify it even though she checked on them several times! Well, me and my family had a great experience! She was very attentive, personable and friendly! Peach had an amazing memory, she made sure our food was served correctly even though at first someone brought out the wrong plate she immediately solved the situation! Every sauce we needed and refill was provided promptly! Peach truly made our experience so pleasant & the food was delicious as well! The burgers and bourbon chicken are the best!!! We know that in these times patience and kindness can go a long way and we appreciate that there was even staff there so that we could go out to eat today!!! This Applebees is on the come up & we will be back!
