My weakness is the dessert shots, I always need at least 2 for myself and I brung home 2-3 for my family as well!“

“Quaint and modern little spot. Can definitely see it livening up during the warmer months. I had a reservation for my husband’s birthday. Aperol for me and a wise and handsome for husband. Both good. We shared the steak tartare and braised beef apps. Both were delicious. Nice just and flavor with the tartare. The whipped feta with beets was smooth and delicious. I got the scallops and risotto. The risotto Nero was interesting. I don’t know if they added cheese but there was almost a smaller gelatin consistency. Scallops were nicely seared. Other main was the tagliatelle with lamb ragú. It had a nice hint of spice and the fresh pasta was evident. Dessert was a VERY rich chocolate ganache-like dessert with small malt balls on top. There was a hint of thyme which was a good contrasting flavor.“

“It’s a great pizza most of the time, though the quality can suffer a bit if they are super busy. I also wonder if they are losing out by not being open earlier during football season. They are so close and convenient for me, but they are closed when the games starts, so like a lot of people that like a pie for the game, we go elsewhere.“

“Great service and delicious food! We had the salmon and braised short ribs for entres, and they were both delicious! The salmon was paired well with the sauce and cooked to perfection! The braised short ribs were also quite tasty and pulled apart easily. For dessert, we had the NY style cheesecake and the cream puff. It was a very generous portion and definitely hit the spot! The staff were friendly and fast with service. The restaurant had a classy ambiance with dimmer lighting but still lively at the same time. There were a number of people at the bar when we were there on a Wednesday evening. They own a huge parking lot out front, so it was super easy to find parking! I would recommend this place 100%!“

The food is delicious though the portions seem awfully small for the price compared to what you get elsewhere. “In town for a long weekend and met some friends for an early evening, pre-dinner activity. We really enjoyed this Michigan-only wine tasting room experience! The establishment creates a nice hybrid space giving the ambiance of a retail store and a tasting experience. We were the only party in attendance for most of the time. Jen, the sole employee at the time, was helpful, attentive and personable. (Note: we arrived around 4 on a Thursday, so we didn't expect it to be busy.) There was a really broad range of available wines of many different varieties. Being from another state, I was impressed to find that Michigan had so many styles to offer, even Cabs and Pinot Noir most often associated with lower latitudes. We went with the flight options giving us 3, 3oz pours for the price of a nice, full glass of wine. At the time, our table really enjoyed the oaked Chardonnay and a Malbec. We took advantage of the $5 coupon that comes with the flight by purchasing a few bottles when we left. Snack options were available. We enjoyed a baguette with some goat cream cheese. Another item was our first choice, but they were out. We also enjoyed the cashews. If you are looking for a full meal, lunch or dinner, you can order in from DoorDash -- the sky is the limit!Overall, enjoyable experience to share with friends and loved one! Overall rating - 3.75. (Note: it's hard for me to go 4 or higher just because this is missing the winery "feel." That has nothing to do with this place, but more my preference.)“

“My server informed me at the very end of my meal that the restaurant has lied to customers for over a year about having gluten free carrot cake and they have just been feeding people with intolerances gluten containing cake. So disrespectful. I got glutened after I spent $200 on my meal and was assured I had chosen gluten free dishes and precautions were being taken. Like look, I get it. Food allergies are a pain in the *ss but if you can't accommodate people with them don't lie to your customers. There are lots of other places in the metro area who do take allergies and medical conditions seriously. Way to ruin my birthday. Im going to be sick for a whole week because I have Celiac Disease.
