Order my meal thru the drive thru and when i get there lady at the register doesn't even talk or say anything or ask if I wanna receipt after I paid for it. Also they filled are drinks with a cup full of ice so u barely can drink your pop cuz it's full of ice. Seriously sad how people act these days, makes me sick. I won't be going to this KFC ever again. Horrible service.

Today, we dined at KFC for dinner, and despite navigating through traffic on the way home, everyone found the meal very enjoyable. While not everyone favored the pizza of chicken, the service and overall drive thru experience were excellent.

We got there and placed a very simple order...They didn't have anything ready, everyone was obviously disgruntled and I usually don't leave reviews, but it was THAT bad!! They were kicking boxes around, and throwing food with an incredible lack of customer service and teamwork...Not to mention the employee sign on their door, showed clear signs of horrible managing skills and a lack of professionalism on their part...Definitely not wasting my time going there again, and after seeing 2 people walk out after being ignored...I'll just take my business to the Cedar Springs location...Hopefully the atmosphere and employees improve in time!!

I go to this KFC often and am impressed. The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh. The only loss is no online orders attached his store which really stinks but I normally order at the counter anyway.The lines can get long but they don't take long overall. Plus the food is always good and hot. I will continue to go here but hope they add online deals and ordering soon.

I ordered a 5 piece nugget and 8 piece hot & spicy wings. The nuggets were good but the chicken was horrible. It taste day old, as if it was re-battered and over cooked as well as not being properly cleaned. Needless to say this was my last visit at this location.
