Our server , Jake, was very friendly and attentive to our needs! The food was delicious and the presentation was great.
We arrived and we were rudely greeted by a young girl bossing customers around. After waiting 40 minutes for a table and clearly seeing people that arrived well after us being seated with the same party number we had to ask for a table and she said she had forgot about us. Finally we get sat down and order food, the food took a whole hour and 45 mins just to come out cold! The ribs we ordered are suppose to be slow cooked all day according to the menu and they were cold, burnt, and bland. The steak, the thing you'd think would take the longest, was also cold to the touch, absolutely no steam coming off of any food we ordered. Best thing about our night at Logans Roadhouse was walking out the front door.

Gerald, our waiter, did an excellent job of meeting our needs. The steak was grilled perfectly, as was the salmon. All the staff and Mgr we met were very friendly.

It isn’t a high end establishment, so if you’re expecting a great cut of meat…. Don’t eat here. It is what it is.The service has been very good. Even late at night.
Service was very slow, beside that our food was not great either. The fried steak wasn't edible - overcooked and full of gristle and thick like it wasn't even smashed thin by tenderizing. The gumbo was clumpy and cold and the rice was mush.I'm quite shocked how busy and popular it seems, this is probably a bad day for the cooks....
