Every single time I go here it’s the wrong order, they take forever. Don’t waste your time or money this place SUCKS. Just came through today for 2 sausage cheese biscuits, got home and opened my bag to an egg McMuffin and hashbrown. Threw it in the trash. These folks can’t take basic orders and put it in the right bag. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I've placed two online order pick ups from this location around the same time,about eight and the closing staff must close ealier than their supposed to be bevause I've been robbed of two online orders with no refund. Google says they're 24hrs. Which I guess isn't the case. Do not make any late night orders from the mcdonald app to this location because they will steal your money. The mangers don't seem to mind as well. Don't bother with this location after 7 bevause whomever is staffed decides to shut it down.

Stay away from this McDonald's. This place is dirty with fries and sauce packs all over the floor in the meal prep area. Ketchup, salt, and pepper were not available by the soft drink station. When we asked for ketchup, the barely comatose greasy male pointed to a tub that had nothing but month old crumbs and goo in it. We told him that the tub was empty and asked him to please get some more. Not believing us, he checked the tub for himself. When he realized it was indeed empty, the angry, akward glazed eye stare started. We broke the stare off by asking him again for some ketchup. When he came back with 4 packets (for 2 people), we asked him for more. When he returned, we asked where the salt and pepper were. Without a word, he lumbered away. He returned with 4 salt packs and no pepper. Risking watching this young man fall over from over exertion, we gave up on the pepper. While we were now enjoying our now cold meal, we noticed another customer waiting in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes. The customer came in to find out where his food was, and after an exchange between the customer and employee, the employee swore at the customer.The staff at this McDonald's does not care about their customers, their hygiene or the cleanliness of the resturant.

Came inside cause the drive trough was taking too long... ppl had been in there about an hour waiting for their food. It was about 30+ mins to receive mine once I ordered.

Staff appears to be quitting en masse. Either that or a rat fell in the fryer. Employees are not even speaking to customers. Twenty minutes of everyone just staring wondering what in the world is even going on. Pick a different restaurant. Never got the food or even a report on whether the food was even going to be made. After waiting in curb side for 37 minutes and calling three times, I went in only to be told my breakfast hasn’t been made yet. Three other employees asked what I was waiting for in the span of an additional 15 minutes with two girls even laughing that I was still waiting for breakfast while they were serving lunch. Five employees were doing nothing but chatting and standing around aimlessly while multiple people were waiting. Drive Thru clearly got priority as people were pulling up and leaving while I was there for an hour. The staff is ridiculously rude too, ignoring and looking passed you so they don’t have to address their mistakes. Half the time you tell them how long you’ve been waiting and they shrug their shoulders and walk away. They were serving people who had just gotten there while I was waiting for an hour.EDIT: THERE WAS PLASTIC IN MY COFFEE

Service is garbage. Always make you pull around and wait to give you wrong or missing items from order. After ordering inside at kiosk another time I ended up waiting 30min and still no food. I ended up just walking out and don’t recommend going there.

Unfortunately this location was slow and dirty/not cleaned. Also the bathroom by the kids play area was out of toilet paper. My kids love McDonald's though so I asked for a rag to clean our seats and I cleaned off several places in case another family came, which they did so it's good they had a nice spot to sit. The staff didn't acknowledge my presence at the cash register the several times I was there. Our food was fine and our was correct so that was good at least. Plenty of parking in the lot around this location .Parking: Tons of parking spaceKid-friendliness: This location is kid friendly! My kids loved the play area!

Such a bad restaurant. They had me pull aside for a small DoorDash order, while 6 cars behind me got to go. I waited for 13 mins, walked inside and it was sitting on their counter packed and ready to go, all the employees were standing around talking. Per usual with that place. The GM (forget his name) really needs to hire better workers. Plain and simple.

Slow service, took over 15 minutes to get our food. If people weren't using the kiosk it was at least 5 minutes until someone came and took their order at the counter.
