Had absolutely no white sugar for my coffee!“They” suggested I use the pink packet or the blue ones. Or even the brown raw sugar! I said NO! I wanted white sugar! But they only had cane sugar in a bottle and to insert to injury the almond milk I poured in my coffee was bad! People you must do better than this!

We come here often and usually are really happy with the food & service. Once in awhile the takeout takes awhile, but that’s usually during the dinner rush timeframe and not every time. Love that my kids actually eat their meals when we come to Panera!

Move the shelf out to the lobby floor or be willing to hand off the already completed order to the driver trying to get on with their day! Time is money, commerce is being conducted!!!
Not a fun experience. The woman prepping the food with kinky blonde hair has a terrible attitude. She seemed to be the manager but yikes bad example for the team ? The young man handling cash registers was very pleasant though.

It was my first time. My granddaughter picked it for her birthday lunch. I had a salad with chicken and loved it. Nice portions. Granddaughter had soup, her favorite. I will definitely be returning. Joined club!
