Staff standing around- we go up to the counter to order- they don’t have white rice (could’ve filled it while they were standing around)- so we are waiting for a few minutes while they mix the rice and then another group comes up and they serve them first -they order five things and run out of brown rice so they go back to fill that for them. This takes about 30 minutes before we (who got there first and have been waiting) get to order finally. And one of them didn’t have gloves on.

Absolutely horrible. Pay 30 plus bucks for a bowl and a burrito for the bowl and burrito to have hardly anything in it. Then the girl says they don't have anything preped hardly i could of gotten more food at taco bell......it was 3 in the afternoon the place is disgusting and the service even worse

I used to frequent this qdoba but over the last few years the quality and availability of the food have gone downhill. The cleanliness of the restaurant has also declined. They are not customer service driven.For example I was in line and waited 5-7 minutes to be even greater when there was 6 people behind the line. When I was finally greated they didn’t have any lettuce! This was before lunch even started. The place was unclean as well. I will never go back!

Line worker dropped some of my chicken on the line. He picked it back up and put it in my bowl. Was messing with his Apple Watch with gloved hands mid process as well. Tortilla chips were also fried in old fryer oil.

Food is good, but service has declined tremendously over the years.
In town for a home show downtown but staying at a hotel nearby- big snow storm is here and lots of places are closed early. Called to check if this place was open and Alex answered with a very friendly yes. The facility was clean when we walked in and the food was prepared with kindness and understanding by both people working. Grateful for their pleasant attitudes and willingness to work hard during crummy weather conditions. Thank you!! Food was delicious!

Service continues to get worse. Staff less friendly. Staff slower. Staff rather would prep food then help customers. Yet they ask for tips. It's laughableI just left and got the scoop of queso that is $6 ? and its everywhere. Lid was never closed all the way is my guess. This is now the 3rd timeI've given this place/location far to many chances and time and time again each visit is poorI haven't had Chiptole in many years. Guess its time to try it again
