Did not rate atmosphere since I did not eat inside. Twice now they were out of what we wanted and had to substitute item. Ordered Tavern Club, picked up, got it home and no bacon on the sandwich as advertised on the menu. The ham has no honey crust on it at all. I would highly recommend staying away from this store. Service was quick but wrong. Incompetent employees. Subway puts out a better Club sandwich with more value for your money.

Currently eating this while writing this, the sandwich is very very savory sweet ham, bread soft, meat on top and bottom veggies in the middle ?? I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch 10 ⭐️’s with potato salad I mean it’s not that bad but when you’re ethnic you yk yk haha just add salt n pepper you will be alright other than that everything is very good. I also order the Cheesecake Sampler ToGo so far everyone loves the cheesecake they all look delicious.

Ordered and paid on-line, scheduled appointment, then was told "who cares". Waited in line for an hour and a half. It's good but not that good. Wait terrible service.

Stayed at a nearby hotel to see family and was craving something "different" for lunch. The Panera nearby was certainly a safe bet, but I'm happy I took a quick walk over to this place. At 1010 calories for the sandwich alone, the Tavern Club was an investment: it was stacked high with honey-baked ham, smoked honey-baked turkey breast, crispy bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion and ranch on multigrain bread. It was worth every [messy] calorie and the flavor was exquisite, but next time I may go with one of their simpler sandwiches to cut down. The Deep River Maui onion kettle chips are not to be missed either. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They do not currently have dine in available due to COVID, but trust me- you'll want to get some steps in after eating this sandwich! Definitely recommend this place for a quick, delicious lunch.
Excellent food very rude service by an older lady that was doing cash sales today, best to order online because if you wait in the long line with cash instead of online order you will be treated very poorly by this woman, it's sad because I spent $200 every holiday there, I will visit a different location from now on
