Slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever visited. They often get the order wrong. Staff always seems confused or overwhelmed even though the store is always slow.

I'm doubling down on Matt's recent review from a month ago. Came here about 3 weeks ago, and the lobby was open but felt very unwelcome coming inside, like we were a burden. Now a few weeks later the lobby is inexplicably closed and only the drive thru is open, as also mentioned by a few other recent reviews. I'd bet there's an employee(s) here that just doesn't want the lobby open when they work to artificially make the day less busy. Didnt make it any better that i had to wait 20 mins in a drive through line to pick up an online order which was probably made well before I got to the window. Please do something about this location, I hope it gets better but I won't be coming back here to find out

Grabbing a few sammies before my flight. Best food for long plane flights! Also grabbing a few extras to love up on when I get back home.... where we sadly have no JJ's. Thanks guys and I'll see you all when I come back!Vegetarian options: They have, but I didn't get.

We went here to order sandwiches at 4:30pm on 12/22. Lights were all on. Both doors were locked. No one answered the drive-thru. We ended up going to Wixom JJ's.

The food was of Jimmy John's standard quality, no problems there. I placed my order online and walked up to the store to pick it up. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said "drive thru only" and the door was locked. I called the store and told them I'm there to pickup my order and I'm on foot. They instructed me to walk through the drive thru. I don't think that was the safest way to proceed but it wasn't busy so I walked through the drive thru. The person working was clearly laughing at me and handed me my food with a smirk on his face. This was very humiliating and not the way this should have been handled. He should have brought the food to the locked door and handed it to me. Unacceptable.

My sandwich was good, but the guy taking orders in the drive thru is extremely rude, zero customer service skills. He acted really annoyed by me coming to order a sandwich, like I interrupted his day. Bad for business.

This is my first review I’ve ever posted in my life! I’m only posting because I cannot believe how terrible I was treated! I walked in and I felt as if they were closing because they gave me an annoyed look. I asked if they were closing (It was was 7:30pm)they said no with a mean tone. I asked if it was okay if I order and he stood at the register with no emotion or conversation . I ordered and he rudely took my order and money. He slams my order down. I said thank you and he said nothing and walks away. He was also cursing the f word making other sub orders. He was unprofessional and made me feel like I was such an inconvenience! Terrible customer service!

I am really sorry but I'm going to have to change my experience here to basically that I'm never coming back because they put onions in the lettuce of my turkey Tom and that is very dangerous for me as I don't like onions and they're something that makes me very sick. Js, young girl is always at the window and usually she does very nice with the last few times has done it for me because pls don't put onion on my sandwiches when I don't ask for it & it's not listed on the menu. Maybe separate your onions from your lettuce maybe keep them further apart since people at Jimmy John's and you're not the only one seem to not be able to tell the difference. Ty

WORST EVER. I ordered my party box 1 hour in advance. Waited and additional 1 hour and 7 minutes in the drive thru because there was only 1 guy making subs and the other one was sitting on his phone eating chips???? He can’t help wrap or make a sub?another guy showed up 40 minutes later gives me attitude refuses to help the guy finish my subs. If it takes 2 hours to make 10 subs they shouldn’t even be in business.Happened on Sunday 6/25

Not friendly at all. Got upset when I asked if it was the 16in I ordered. Didn't receive my change. I ordered 2 of the pickles and it was repeated back to me. Got my order and was missing the pickles I let them know they said they don't do the pickles at this location when I said it was repeated back to me when I ordered they mysteriously gave me 3 of them!

We went to Wingstop next to Jimmy John's. They don't have a dining room so we got a carryout. The server did not put any dip in the bag for the veggies for my husband. Other than that we were very satisfied. The wings were great & the portion size on the veggies was outstanding.

Tonight 4/29/2023 I went into this store to grab dinner. It was 7pm and there were two guys working. I said hello when I walked in and got a dirty look from one of the guys and the other completely ignored me. Not even a hello or hey how are you. I asked if I could get get mayo on my sandwich and got a snotty reply as to what was on the sandwich. The receipt says the guy taking the order is Michael. The other guy gave me the bag with the order and I said "thank you, have a good night, and all I got was a dirty look and he walked away. Oh and by the way, the pounding, head banging rock music was beyond loud. I cannot understand why I was treated like I was disturbing them and like I was dirt. This is the second time I ran into these same guys and my previous experience was was the same. If they worked for me, they would be fired for their attitudes. We will not be spending any more money at JJ's and I will be contacting the owner about their customer service. Absolutely terrible!

I live pretty close to this location and love their sandwiches but I will probably never go there again. The last few times I've gone through the drive thru the same guy has been working the drive thru. It says his name was Michael on the receipt. He is clearly always in a bad mood but today was worse than usual. If you don't like people then don't work in customer service. If smiles are considered contagious then so is your shitty attitude.
