I went here it was not even close to closing time but they had the gates down like they were closed they forgot a couple things on her order and door dish people kept coming in and complaining about things the only good thing about this Wendy's is their Coke machine I'm not sure who's in charge of the bathrooms at this place because it's half Wendy's and half Tim Hortons but the men's room needed some attention

First off the lady taking drive through orders at 6pm on 1/26 was theeeeee best customer service I’ve received in long time for a fast food restaurant . She was super pleasant !!!! My order was hot and correct ! God bless this

food is great.. workers are not sadly. i was getting my food from the drive through and a worker was going into work and she walked right infront of my car while sticking her tounge out at me and my mother. Maybe it wasnt in a mean way but still inappropriate to do to your customers. anyway i would recommend going somewhere else.

Horrible. I ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers with extra onions on a Sunday afternoon around 430pm.Both sandwiches were cold with minimal bacon, and they forgot the onions.Wixom location is much better.
I just left from here I ordered a 10 piece nugget, fries, and a Cobb salad. After ordering and paying i was asked to park and wait for my food. I patiently waited 10 mins just to get home to OLD, COLD, HARD fries and somewhat warm nuggets. I’m so upset because what did I wait for?!?! Waiting for 10 mins mean the food should be FRESH AND HOT not OLD AND STALE. What a waste of money!! If it was an option I would give them a negative rating. Moving forward I will drive the extra few miles to go to another Wendy’s than come here. Nothing but a waste of time and money.
