Ordered online for pick up. We did not get some of the things we ordered. it was not a large take out. We also paid an upcharge for all flats and did not receive all flats. Tried to call the restaurant several times. No one would ever answer.

I came into the store late afternoon yesterday for a tender combo meal. The food is always good BUT the employee who helped me told me 15 min it took at least 45!! AND he reeked like weed nobody apologized for the wait just here's your drink and food , bye .

Waited over an hour for my order. Turns out they gave it to the wrong person. Employees wreak of pot and were moving at a snails pace. Seems like all wingstops in the area trying to go out of business. Will not be going back. The girl working at 3:20 pm on 01-28 also needs an attitude check!

The worst place I order ever. Came in 15 later, order was not done, waited almost an hour, put 4 people before us. Did not apologize. Came home fries burned and saggy, McDonald's way better. I asked half/half (25/25), lemon and bbq. Came home lemon 20 and crispy, but other 25 bbq and looked like boiled. Called the place, she told me " you order this" I explained I did not and it's look like this because I was waiting too long, her answer " you think you did, but this it, and it's look correct " no apologize not try to fix it. I spend $75. Got garbage. Worst food, worst service ever. Very rude.

I had a large order that I did ahead of time. When I got there a couple minutes after my pick up time they hadn't even started it. They said it would take 10 minutes. Half an hour later I'm still waiting and missing the start of my daughter's birthday party because they can't get their act together.
