The burgers were smashed at the bottom of the bag. Also they didn't give us our chicken fries. When I went back to get them, they acted like I was trying to get free fries even though THEY didn't put them in the bag. Worst place EVER!!!
My crispy sandwich I got half of my chicken patty. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Don't go buy at this place nomore!!! The people that work there are lazy they don't want to work. Poor serivce.

While the food has been consistently ok and standard for a BK, the night drive thru is a horrible experience. Expect no less than 5-10 minutes per car, no matter if it's 1 or 5 cars waiting. The people running the window apparently can only do 1 task at any given time, and even then it's at a snail's pace.
