Food is great and run by a wonderful, kind man. I recommend their burgers to anyone and everyone! You get what you pay for and you're full every time. Wraps, salads and sides are all great too. No complaints when it comes to flavor. My only complaint is some of them are super messy, buns have come out soggy more than once so that's a bit of a bummer but overall taste is awesome. I live in Lansing and I came to try out city burger the ranch was amazing the burger was amazing the Cajun fries were amazing food is 100% worth its price. Kaleb was a workers name there and he was a great worker. Customer service is a 11/10
