This location absolutely sucks for service. Do not expect fast service or consistency. I've ordered the same thing and it is made different each time, quality and quantity. I will drive 4 miles out of the way to another location just to avoid this place.

This place is just horrible. I have now gone here TWICE and the service was not only terrible but the ice cream was terrible too. They don't 'mix in' the mix ins and the cake was ROCK HARD. No wonder why they can't mix it in. So if you are looking for terrible ice cream and a terrible experience, come here.

My boyfriend and I walked into the shop at 8:43 p.m. and we were immediately told the inside of the store was closed. Keep in mind, the door was unlocked, there was another person inside AND the establishment closed at 11 p.m for this specific location according to google. They closed the inside over 2 hours before the whole place was supposed to be closed. Very disappointing.

Awful location. Management is awful. Management doesn't care about employees, lies to customers and employees. Need an issue fixed? Rest assured this manager will ignore you. Management does not value you NOR the employees that are supposed to be friendly. How friendly can we be after 9 hours of the manager ignoring us when we need help? You deserve to spend your money where the management values your time and money, and values the people who do the most work for them. If not for the ridiculous prices, don't support this place for how replaceable they see their employees. Take your business elsewhere if you care about your money at all

worst experience ever with an online order. they couldnt find the order. even with looking at my phone, the order was made incorrectly. I waited 40minutes for 3 ice creams. nothing but immature kids working here. even a warren police officer walked out after being ignored for 20 minutes.

Completely incompetent. They had like seven people working the line but waited on customers after me first, lost my online order, then needed another 25 minutes to make two new ice creams, and got the order wrong.

Had an order delivered from Uber eats, they were offering a promo for buy one get one free of the "treat or treat" Halloween ice cream. Each container was less then half full. On top of that, I did not realize the ice cream was actually just filled with black dye...I assumed it was chocolate. There was so much black dye in the ice cream it was more like a smoothie. The dye was all over the outside of the containers. It stained my counter tops and hands just from trying to remove them from the bag. There is no way these can be eaten...my kids mouths would be black for a week. So gross

This location is terrible. I went there once and didn’t have good results for the ice cream ordered. At first I thought maybe it’s a fluke, because I haven’t seen a cold stone that was terrible. I just went there today, and all the ice cream is melted on top, they were digging through to the center just to find part of the ice cream that was still frozen. The one my daughter initially ordered was all liquid, so we had to pick a different kind. Needless to say I definitely won’t go there. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me…. Never again!!!
