There was a very rude guy that was making the subs. Had no patience as this was my first time having Jimmy John's so I had questions about the sizes of the subs. I strongly recommend going to a different location or a different sub place all together. My first and last time going here.

Ordered Doordash tonight from this location. My order was processed and I received a phone call before closing time that they were closed and I'd have to contact door dash for my refund. All of this happened before the posted closing time of 9pm. If the lazy employees are unwilling to work up until the time the location closes maybe the hours should be adjusted. You've lost a loyal customer.

Had an order delivered and they forgot my drink. Called this location the person who answered was very quick with me over the phone kind of laughed and said they would have the driver come back with my missing item and immediately hung up with me. Surprise , surprise no driver ever returned with my drink. Only use this location if you plan to pay for things you won't receive.

My mom and I got the Italian night club, and it truly tastes like an Italian HOAGIE. If there's any East-coast girlies looking for Wawa alternatives this is the place to go fr! They do not disappoint!!!

I ordered online. Was waiting to get notified my order was ready. Jimmy John's is supposed to be fast and the parking lot was practically empty. So I was confused as to why 20 minutes later, nothing. I kept refreshing the order tracker, still showing my order was being made. Finally I just went inside, and there my order was just sitting on the table. There were no customers inside, nobody greeted me when I walked in, and I could have been anyone just grabbing the bag and leaving out. Wow. Then 10 minutes later after I left, I get a notification telling me my order was ready.... Really? Very annoying

I order one sandwich. I say #5, LBI, add mayo, add Jimmy Mustard, add Turkey. Then after the order was taken "I say make a second with no onion."They pulled the bread out of both and no turkey.This is the second time that this exact same thing happened to me.Cant trust that you will get my order right so I wont be back.
