How you gonna tell people you won't take drive thru orders that they have to come inside? That's the whole point, staying in the car. Hope your boss is cool with people staying in their cars and driving away.

This is by far the worse kfc I have ever experienced. I recommend you drive the extra mile to go to another kfc if you want chicken. I had to wait 35 minutes fir a chicken sandwich. It wasn't crowded or busy either. The manager was rude and repeatedly told me I couldn't get a refund for my order that I hadn't even received. They held me hostage for 40 minutes, then when I finally received my food the order was wrong. First they told me it would be a 6 minute wait for the filet for my chicken sandwich. I pulled around and parked my car in front of the kfc, waited for 12 minutes!!! Finally decided to go in and ask about my food. They didn't even remember my order. The manager asked to see my receipt after I showed her my receipt she told me it would be a 4 minute wait!!! After going back and forth with her about getting my money back after she refused to give me my refund, she couldnt even be honest and tell me when my food will be ready. it took another 15 minutes so all in all I waited for a chicken sandwich for 40 minutes!! And it took the dishwasher to offer me a free drink. Then my order was wrong. I'll never go back to this kfc. I'm calling corporate to make a formal complaint. My experience here was completely unacceptable. I'm trying to warn all the citizens of warren. I normally don't leave a review on fast food restaurants, but my experience Saturday March 9th around 8pm was ridiculous.

Not even one star worthy. Couldn’t even make my $70 order because the worker at the speaker was so rude. Nothing will be done and you will lose so much revenue because of her she will be your downfall. Why would you let someone in your window that talks and gives such attitude. Try to call and the worker who answered my phone said sorry have a good night. Wow just wow. I’m a district manager at subway and I don’t think k I have ever in my 20 years of management I have ever had someone give me such attitude. I will not ever return to this location and I will tell everyone I know about my encounter there.

Couldn't order through the drive through because it was shift change. So I sat in line, got up to the speaker then was told I'd have to come inside if I wanted to order. What? learn to schedule better. how is that the customers responsibility?? Ridiculous.

Required to order INSIDE the restaurant ONLY. One customer ahead of me waiting a long time for his single person order. Then I waited 35minutes for my order for two 3 piece chicken dinners, a ten piece nuggets and fries. They did not include butter, honey, napkins, salt or pepper. There was no ice in the pop machine. The Chicken nuggets are tiny. There were no customers waiting when I finally got my order and left. Plus the chicken lacked flavor. I'll never go back.

About a week ago I went to this location about 15 minutes before closing. The girl working the drive thru was very nice. She informed me they just ran out of chicken for the famous bowl, which is fine for me because i like the bowl without chicken. I wanted to chicken littles but they were out of the tenders for that (this was expected because I came way to close to closing time). She was nice enough to give me two pieces of chicken (my choice) and made the sandwiches for me to put the chicken on myself when I got home. She didn't overcharge me and gave me a free roll. She then thanked ME for being so nice. I appreciated them going out of their way to accommodate my order.

Horrible. Absolutely FKN horrible and will be contacting corporate. FIRST OFF we ordered a family combo. Mac and cheese and everything. The DELIVERY DRIVER took one hour to get here. We tried calling driver and no answer. We tried calling this restaurant. No answer. THEN received an absolutely wrong order not to mention disgusting and raw chicken with no receipt. I definitely hope whoever is working November 5 @ 5:30pm gets fired. As restaurant owners you should probably work in retail. Or the owner of this chain need a wake up call. -your lovely local guide. Btw these pics is how we got our order
