There's never anyone working the counter. Tons of pizza already made and visible, tons of people in the back, visible. Nobody can be bothered to actually sell the pizza, instead letting 12+ people cram into this tiny shop to still not get served.

This is the worst location. Period. 50 pizzas laying around on counters, in the box, in the portal. Staff just walks around looking for orders and no one knows where the stuff is. Ordered was supposed to be ready in 20 min. Not 2 hours and 10 min. When asked for refund we don't have anyone that can at this time. They desperately need a new staff. Food was horrible and cold by the time I got mine..

This place went downhill recently. These past few months have been awful service. Orders are always late, they don’t place items in the kiosk, there is no structure when it’s busy and the employees seem in no rush to do things quickly. They move very slow… every time I’m there, there are around 15 people waiting who have been there for a long time. Yesterday I waited 20 minutes to get up to the service desk and asked for 2 crazy breads. They told me it would be at least 15 minutes so I left. That was my last time going there and I’ll be going to the one in Clinton twp instead.
I walked in at 8pm last week and waited in the lobby for over 5 minutes while two employees walked past and said absolutely nothing to me. The guy in front of me said he ordered his pizza 25 minutes ago when they said 12-15 minutes. I waited a few more minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence so I left. I drove to the one on Hayes and was in and out in 2 minutes.I understand if you're busy, but it doesn't take any more time to look over your shoulder while you're working and say "hey man, I'll be right with ya!". Absolutely unacceptable.

Is it just me or do they not cut your pizza if you don’t tip them?? Twice it’s happen to me now. I thought tips were for people being paid below minimum wage???? Tipping culture has gotten out of control.
