I ordered two medium smoothies man who took my order only rang up one didn't know til I got to the second window young women only gives me one tells me I have to go back threw drive threw and order a second insted of taking my money there so I went back threw drive threw ordered a medium smoothie get to the window and they gave me a small I just said whatever and left I don't have time for people who don't want to work read and listen that's it but guess it isn't in the job requirements I do not recommend this place
I ordered a large iced latte and it was literally icy milk. A big cup of ice with milk. There is no espresso in it. Waste of money for literal garbage that I just dumped out. Who does this? Disgusting. People working here are idiots.

I've always had good experiences at this location until today. I ordered a fish fillet meal and a medium fry but received an old fish sandwich and a large fry instead. When I returned, the manager assured me everything would be fresh, but I still got old fries and didn't receive my other fry. Regardless of how busy they are, they need to check their orders more carefully.

CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW!!! Mornings Kid at the window doesn’t give you anything extra (sauce,cream,sugar,etc…you ask for when you’re placing the order. Never put the cream or sugar you ask for in or out the coffee.

Worst mcdonalds I have ever gone to. I have given them several chances. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here my order is messed up or they forget something today I decided I wanted breakfast. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, the sausage patty looked like a thin hockey puck it was so burnt. Attempted to call for the first time to actually complain and they wer too busy to answer even tho they maybe have 2 cars in the drive-thru and no one inside. I would never recommend coming here on any occasion.

I was DoorDash and in order for a customer when the guy in the drive-through got real rude with me when I was just trying to ask did they remember that I was sitting there for 10 minutes. So to that little light skin guy that was in the drive-through window, I am the one with the cartoon coat and the Detroit hat. Remember me because Detroit is too small. I will see you again buddy. Just because you are in Warren doesn’t mean nothing. Keep that in mind you don’t talk to people like you don’t lost your mind you don’t know what people are going through and what somebody would do to you whoever runs that store needs to hire new people you have a bunch of kids working there messing up everyone’s order do better

This is the worst McDonalds that I have ever been to from the food to the works to actual place.I honestly don’t know how someone has reported the works on their work ethic, rudeness, about carelessness.Everyone I know who has been there or lives near here says the same thing.I’ve been here 3 times in maybe it was just me, bad day or something. The good (buns) were hard and I think they just take what’s in front of them put it together and throw it in the bag.

People waiting at the front counter for 15 minutes just for the manager to tell them oh yeah it's just kiosk and it's card only after people have been standing there all that time. They need to fire the managers and get a whole new crew the managers don't care and it shows in their body language. Avoid this McDonald's at all cost.
