I placed an order through the McDonald's app because the store's hours claim that they were open till at least midnight. When I arrived I was met with hostility by two employees aggressively saying that the store was closed and it was 10:50. I had placed the order through the McDonald's app and not only was the card charged but the order was accepted yet the employees claimed that they had no orders yet I have proof in my account that the money was taken off. Completely unprofessional and false information of hours.

Not sure what was going on. No one came to drive through to take our order after a while one person spoke to the car ahead of us after he blew the horn, he drove off in a huff. We left as well. Quite interesting.

The lady in drive thru with four braids and glasses has a very bad attitude upset because I didn’t stop at the first window when she was sitting lean over the window like shes on her break and then when I put a second window got a attitude with me like I didn’t pay her bills, McDonald’s do better before you let all these hood rats put you out of business. I left instead of arguing over a window with a rat

This place has HORRIBLE quality and service, and should be seriously ashamed of themselves. I have told my boyfriend numerous times to not go there, but for some reason he can't be bothered to drive the extra 2 minutes to go to the good McDonald's on 10 Mile...but that's a story for another day. Every single time he gets our food from 8 Mile, it's wrong, it's missing, or it's cold. And they charge extra for everything (even pickles).Today's example: 4 cheeseburgers in our order. 2 no onion, 2 extra onion, plain. To be cheap...they literally took the top buns off 4 already made cheeseburgers and replaced them with bottom buns. And then they forgot to even put any onions on the two that were supposed to be extra onion. You could tell they scraped the toppings off the burgers. The lady kept watching him to see if he could see what they were doing. Then they put them on the grill and smooshed them to warm them back up and soften the buns. Also, he waited a good 10 minutes for 3 large orders of "fresh" fries that ended up being unsalted lukewarm fries. Completely disgusting. I can't believe this place is allowed to be open. They have 0 standards. McDonald's Corporate should investigate and shut them down. I will never eat another thing from this place. Ever.
This place manager is not professional. She is not taking any order. All customers are standing near the front desk and not serving and listening to the customers. Highly unprofessional place I have been to. Highly recommend not to visit this place. Serving uncooked food.
