Pizzas were dry.. a problem too because one of them was stuffed crust ?. Meat tasted fine. The cheesey bread came in 2 chunk pieces and also dry. The spicy garlic boneless wings were delicious. Customer service was horrible. Cashier got my name wrong and stated that it didnt matter what my name was just as long as we find the order. Won't be back.

My local Pizza Hut on VanDyke near 13mile road in Warren is efficient, personable, on time and knows how to make great pizza with freshest toppings. I especially love a super supreme which is tricky bc with all the toppings it needs to be cooked just right or it's either not done or over done. The Manager Michelle explained this to me bc I showed up early the first time I ordered it and she was making sure I wasn't waiting too long.The lack of 5 stars is with the corporate side of pizza hut: why can't I get the free pizzas from the offers I accepted? First one disappeared from my account. Second one never even came into my account. I can see each order...so corporate can also. I followed the criteria, wrote detailed email and eventually got an email with ridiculously written non-explanation and coupon code which keeps getting rejected. So bait and switch-y! I am owed two 2 topping pizzas (to which I can pay for additional toppings to be added ) and the custy service, app and web site are abominable!

They mess up my order all the time when I get delivery and don't give me items I've paid for. They don't even return my money for the items I didn't receive.

Just wanted to boost this place. Pizza Hut dine in brings me back to my youth. Just really sad to see this one on its last leg. No fountain pop. No signature red cups, but the pizza and breadsticks bring me back to the scholastic book club and pizza. ❤️Really glad I stopped in yesterday

Unprofessional workers. This is one of the only pizza huts that still has a dine option in this area. My girlfriend and I were excited to come and sit down and enjoy a non-carryout pizza from our favorite pizza joint. I asked the worker if we could sit down and his response was "...imma say no...under staffed...". There were several workers there but apparently delivery or carryout is all they care about. It's unfortunate because if any of those employees decided to serve us I would have given them at least 50% tip. But this is today's work force. Gotta love America.P.s. to the guy who turned us away, this is going to corporate because I'm not going to let you ruin one of the only pizza huts in Metro Detroit.

just a frikkin dump and so is the food.1/31/24 did the $7 menu. over 1 hour wait, pizza thinner than a thin crust tasting like raw flour, literally looked like raw flour was dustwd on crust after baking. the garlic cheese bread sucked, more air than bread and garlic was only on crust. their chicken, bacon parm melt dry as a bone again with raw flour taste on dough. what the hell?this Pizza Hut should be condemned for the way they serve poor quality food and treat the customersbtw - food arrived cold and delivery was less than 1/4 mile
