I arrived at the peak of their busy time on Sunday. There was a 45-minute wait for a table or I could sit at the bar... So I sat at the bar.Although they were very busy when I finally was able to speak to someone, they were very friendly and I enjoyed my server (Walter) very much.So let's start with what I liked.The steak was cooked perfectly. The lobster was very tasty. Their biscuits were wow. Yummy. The loaded baked potato was perfect.The house salad was kind of a disappointment. The mixed greens were really nice, the croutons were very well done. There was a whole lot of cheese on that. There were tomatoes, but they were little specks of tomato. All total. There might have been about a quarter of a cherry tomato cut up in little tiny pieces on the salad. I'm not sure they should have even said there was tomato on the salad. The ranch dressing was nothing special. I think next time I'll try the Caesar.I ended up with a lobster mac and cheese and I Don't think they make their mac and cheese. Sayer, I really don't think it was worth it.This is a Pepsi shop.

Will never be back. And I don't think to not only this Red Lobster but any. Have had bad experiences the last few times ive tried to gi to any RL. But this Warren one took the cake. Our waiter was a man with glasses. He was horrible. Took him about 15 minutes to get our drinks to us. He maybe checked on us once after that. Service was just pathetic. Then hand me a bill for almost $150. Food wasn't that great either. Seemed more Luke warm then hot. I still ended up handing this guy a 20 dollar bill. And told him I wasn't pleased. So he knows who he is. His response to me was he was busy. No apology. No explanation. And im not an idiot. Half the tables were empty. I cam for my dinner but it was only about 3pm. I feel like I was the wrong color that's why I got treated this way. But my money is still green. Keep treating patrons like this. You won't have a job at some point. I'll never be back.

Everything about our dinner at this restaurant exceeded expectations. The food was phenomenal, and the service was impeccable. The staff, attentive and knowledgeable, made sure that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of perfection. From offering recommendations to accommodating special requests, they went above and beyond. Kevin, the GM, even stopped by our table to ensure that the meal and service met our expectations. The Lady at take out was slow and rude when I came in to return my meal due to a bad lobster that was served to me. Actually had the audacity to not only refuse to apologize for giving me bad food but accused me of trying to eat some of it before returning it. How this was possible when i physically handed her the food I was complaining about was beyond me. This location was continuously annoyingly slow with takeout but no biggie really until this happened and now I will not be back. I gave a two star for atmosphere and that was because of a couple conversations I had waiting in takeout with fellow customers due to waiting so long for our food. Everything else would be negative stars if I was able!

Red Lobster exceeded our expectations in every aspect! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and seated immediately. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and caring about providing exceptional service.Now, let's talk about the food - The lobster tail, shrimp scampi, crab legs and cheddar bay biscuits were all hot, flavorful and cooked to perfection. In summary, Red Lobster sets the bar high for seafood dining. We can't wait to return for another memorable dining experience!
