I went to spud headz yesterday and i was craving it. When i got it i was very disappointed, we bought five potatoes and they all were gross. I don’t know if they lost their touch during covid but i’ve never had a potato that was full of grease. I won’t be eating here again.

Absolutely horrible, horrible place! My food wasn't good but the service was shocking!!!!! I'm looking like how are you guys in business with nasty attitudes and for that reason, I have never been back and will never go back!!! Customer service goes a long way

Disgusting inside! Bugs everywhere, looks like it was under construction, broken glass, nobody spoke or took orders when you come in. I didn't even waste my money!

Spud Headz is a restaurant that's best known for its loaded potatoes... you can get different kinds.. chicken, bacon ranch... bacon cheese burger... even chicken Alfredo.. while the food I would rarely complain about (because I don't believe any establishment is perfect) they're customer service is probably some of the WORSE I've ever had in my LIFE.. it's a shame I've come to expect it but that's no reason to not say "hello" or "I'll be with you in a moment" just anything at all... I won't be back (but if you don't care about service please go and try the chicken bacon ranch) but if I'm going to spend my money at your establishment please be kind... or at least acknowledge me... and get rid of the gnats... that was pretty disturbing..
