This Subway experience was disappointing. The bread tasted stale, and now I'm dealing with a stomach ache. Whether it was due to carelessness during curbside pickup or not, I won't be returning. ??♀️

Placed online order for pickup at 6:10, arrived at 6:20 to the doors locked with a gentleman still inside. Store didn't close until 10pm. I was knocking on the door, the gentleman seen me but never came to unlock the door to give me my food. I waited 40 minutes for him to finally come to the door and he told me about personal issues he was having in his family about his aunt passing and how his mother passed 2 years ago. The store should have never been closed and i should not have waited 40 minutes for an online order. Horrible experience!

sometimes my coupons they won't take and usually its by the one lady. If she is working I usually leave and go to other one. other people are so nice take my coupons talk to me.

Everything here costs about 25% more than other Subway stores. The store appears to have been freshly remodeled and looks great - I assume they raised prices to pay for that. If there is a problem with your Subway app order when you arrive and it can't be made, they have no way to refund you and will not even provide a Subway gift card. You are on your own to deal with it through app support.

The woman who was working really took the time out to not rush me to order gave options on different things and made it so I did not have to order anything I could make my own decision and not be rushed some subways there employees are to inpatient I just walk out and subs are one of my favorite foods so thank you for being patient and helping me with my order and use the app online to save money

I am an avid Subway visitor. Just got charged $21.00 for a sub and a medium drink. This is the same sub I have ordered for years and it’s never been over $14.00 at any location. Including this one. Lady said she was the DM and was rude as hell to top it off. Avoid this store.

We live in the neighborhood and my grandson loves it....
Place is clean, and food is well prepped. But the service is god awful. The sandwich maker took 45 mins to make a family's order in front of us, then when she was finally done, she burnt the sub and had to remake it. We've been standing here for 40 mins watching her try to make 4 subs.

I don’t remember who the woman was working, but I came around 3:10 on a Friday. I came in, she was busy doing tasks and immediately stopped what she was doing to help me. That’s what I call good customer service:) friendly and quick. Gave me everything I needed so thank u.

I had a coupon for a buy one get one sub free and when I gave it to the employee she said that they don't take coupons. I told her that the other one's take them and she just said that the owner was cheap and wants to make more money......lol either she didn't want to make the two subs or is a disgruntled employee? Or she's telling the truth.

This subway refused to make a salad with no meat. You can make a veggie sub but not a veggie salad. Make any sun into a salad? Apparently not.

Terrible place and way too over priced, the regular price for the footlong I eat is 9$ almost everywhere but here it’s 12.59$. Never coming here again. Plus the quality of the bread, veggies and meat is terrible. I’ll recommend you guys to go somewhere else.
