First time at this location. When I walked in, it was one young lady working for all the customers. The food looked fresh, but my problem was with the young lady appearance. She was very nice and has braces that’s how I remembered her. My issue comes in with her hair pushed to the front hanging off her chest with a hat over it not brushed or pushed back. As she was reaching over, I can see her hair cross over the food many times. I was worried my food would be affected so I just left before I placed an order.

Kudos to the young man waiting on me and about six others. Super busy lunch rush. The guy behind the counter was wonderful and good customer service. Only downfall is this young man could use help. Food was fresh!

I enjoy subway, but the one located at 12 and Ryan is awful and I won't be returning. 1 person working dinner time took 45 mins to get to me and get me out the door. The girl was nice, but there needs to be 2 people working to handle the volume of

Miranda was absolutely AMAZING!! She stayed open past 10:00pm to make sure we were taken care of.The subway at 11 and dequindre saw our car and turned off the lights 10-15 minutes early!!

I’ll start by saying it’s so stupid that you can only use the coupon on online/app orders when the point of this place is that you watch them make your sandwich. So I order on the app and then head to the store where she says “your order was cancelled. We are out of STEAK AND CHICKEN TERIYAKI! I tried calling.” 1. How are you out of BOTH things I ordered? 2. She absolutely did not try calling. 3. Now I have to wait to get the money refunded on my card. 4. No apology whatsoever. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location. They are ALWAYS out of something and have the sloppiest and laziest employees I’ve ever seen at a subway. I keep trying because it’s so close to my house but this is the last straw. There are too many sandwich options out there for your employees not to care. Get with the program ?

The cashier charged me $19 for a 12 inch sub, chips and a drink. Other subways cost $13. Either this one has higher prices or their is a cashier hustling.

I have always had good relationships with Subway until yesterday at this new location I’ve never tried. Had to order a curbside pickup in this location. Even after 15 mins of checking in, the employee was dealing with that one customer who came into the store after me. Had to deal with a Karen regarding curbside parking spot. So had to go in to pick up just to see rudeness and non-apologetic behavior from the employee. NEVER coming back to this place!!!!

Half scoop tuna for 6' tuna sub and refuses to put in correct amount. Rips or cuts veggies in tiny pieces to spread over sub so (in their stating) saves on veggies, rolls eyes when asking for more veggies, on 12' sub does same thing and gives one tiny cup of sauce (quarter full) for 12' and refuses any more sauce claiming that's all you get for a footlong sub. Very cheap, stingy with everything with rising prices of subs. Use to come here 2-3 times a week/every week but, they lost a customer. Jimmy Johns and Tubbys is cheaper and doesn't cheap out on literally everything
